We can all find ourselves at a point where life feels tough, painful or overwhelming.

Therapy can offer you a space to explore what is feeling difficult and hopefully offer alternative ways to manage your way through. I can offer a safe, confidential and compassionate space to work in.

Types of therapy

I'm an integratively trained therapist so can offer insights or strategies from several modalities of therapy; including person centred, TA, CBT, mindfulness and psychodynamic.

I believe we are alI individuals and I can offer a personalised therapeutic experience. I can work with depression, anxiety (health, phobias, general ), self-esteem, addiction, trauma and bereavement.

I offer a free initial consultation of half an hour. We can arrange to have this over the phone or in person. In this session we will explore what you would like to work on and see if it feels like you would like to work with me. Therapy is a deeply personal experience and I am aware of the importance of feeling a genuine connection with your therapist.

My fees for subsequent sessions are £50 an hour.
