Psychotherapy

As an integratively trained Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic theory.

I believe that therapy should be as individual as the person seeking it. Together, we can explore your experiences in a way that honours your unique history, relationships, and strengths.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, trauma, or bereavement. Others may feel disconnected from themselves, caught in repeating patterns, or uncertain about the next step in their lives. Whatever brings you, I aim to offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and able to make sense of your experience.

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation, either by telephone or in person.

This is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from it, and whether working together feels like the right fit. Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision, and I believe that feeling comfortable, understood, and connected with your therapist is central to effective therapeutic work.

Fees: Therapy sessions are £60 for a 50-minute session.
